What qualifications do I need to be a private music teacher?

I’m going to university next year to study BSc Psychology and Music.
At the end of university I’ll hopefully have Grade 8 in both theory and piano practical.
And I hope you do a few grades in guitar.

As a private tutor you don’t need any professional qualifications. You could give lessons now if you wanted.
